Our vacation rental is a 1 bedroom/1 bath cottage that sleeps 6 -- 8. It has a queen bed and a full size bed in the bedroom, a storge loft in the bedroom, and a full-size sleeper sofa in the alcove. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room/dining room and 1 bathroom with a separate double sink area. The cottage also has wireless internet, local t.v., a DVD player and DVDs, and a washer and dryer. It has a fenced yard with it's own entrance. Pets are welcome for an additional fee.

Rates: $75 per night, $385 per week, $1350 per month; plus 9% tax
Fee for pets: $50; pets must be kept inside or in fenced yard.

Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. A deposit of 50% of total amount due when making reservation; remaining 50% due 7 days prior to check-in. Any reservations made within 7 days of check-in require payment in full upon reservation. Cancellations allowed up to 14 days prior to arrival with full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival forfeit deposit.
